Antonio grew up in his family's restaurant, El Labrador, where he learned about food and flavors from a young age. After working in restaurants in London and Canada, he became a Professional Master Ham Carver. Fueled by his passion for Spanish gastronomy, he founded ARC IBERICO IMPORTS.

With the first shipment from Spain a Jamón Ibérico, chorizo, and salchichón Antonio faced the challenge of introducing these unfamiliar Spanish products to Canadians. Undeterred, he attended events like the Richmond Night Market and the Shipyard Night Market, donating products and sharing his knowledge. Despite the initial difficulties, Antonio never gave up on his dream of bringing the best of Spain to the Canadian market.

Fast forward to 2022, ARC IBERICO IMPORTS has become a reference for Premium Spanish Products and Ibérico Ham in Canada. Antonio's unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity has garnered a reputation that resonates throughout the Canadian culinary scene. But Antonio's journey didn't stop there. He expanded his business units to include Jamonería by ARC, where connoisseurs and food enthusiasts could indulge in the art of carving and savoring the finest Spanish hams.
